Terms & Conditions
ALL PARTNERS HAVE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING
1. Risk - All investments in the market are subject to market risk.
2. We work hard to generate best of risk free profits for our Partners but there may be risk of entire capital investment in case of any unforeseen circumstances like Platform hack, changes in Government norms, Wars, Platform is permanently Closed, Strategy Failure etc.
3. Deposits - All Deposits made in a particular month, will be considered as the principal amount of next month. Profits on deposit will be calculated on next month Company's Profit
4. Partner's Profit - Partner Profit is calculated by his/her investment/principal. Partner/Investor would be getting 50% of the Profit percentage of the company. For example - In the month of Mar, overall profit of the company was 6%, so partner would be getting 50% of 6%, i.e 3%.
5. Withdraw - Any Partner/Investor is free to withdraw their principal / profit /share at any given point of time in case there is no active Trade. Withdraw may take from 1 to 5 days as per platform rules. In case of an active trade - a partner/investor has to wait for the trade to be executed. The maximum execution/trade completion time considered is 1 Year. So, in such a scenario, partner may have to wait for 1 year till trade is executed.
6. Taxes - All government Taxes on the partner / investor profit will be borne by the partner/investor
7. Expenses - All expenses except taxes will be borne by the Company.
8. Decision Making - The Decision Maker of the Firm will be Share Holder with Maximum Equity in the Company.
